How to request a return
- Contact us with your order number and the email used at checkout.
- Our team will confirm the return instructions, return address, and shipping arrangements before you send your parcel.
- After the returned items have been received and checked, we will confirm your refund to the original payment method. Your payment provider determines when the credit appears.

Wrong or damaged item
Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos of the item and packaging can help us resolve the problem.
